Proof of Purchase: Original invoice or order number required

Products damaged due to customer misuse
Return Process
Request Authorization: Email info@smn-tech.com for RMA approval
Ship Your Return: Include RMA number on all packages (customer pays return shipping)
Inspection & Processing: Allow 7-10 business days after we receive your return
Refund Details
Refunds issued to original payment method within 14 business days
15% restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns
Shipping costs are non-refundable
